What is the SIROCCO Data Centre (SDC)?
The SDC is an integrated solution for data storage, secure data access, analysis and visualization of short RNAs, developed by our bioinformatics partners, EBI and Quretec. It is a solution for common processing tasks such as daptor removal, de-multiplexing of multiplex sequencing runs, alignment against genomes, transcripts and other datasets, generation of statistics/counts/QC, heatmap visualizations, differential expression analysis and linking to public resources, such as UCSC or mirBase.
