For the example on how to remove adaptors, the following files were used. The tool site for adaptor removal and FASTA creation is here and you may also need the truncated Fast Q file used in the demo. Note that the size of smallrna being searched for was reduced to 10 in the demonstration. The tool can be supplied with and returns data in compressed file formats, for which help is given here. The uncompressed converted file is available here.
