<p>Here at SIMBioMS, we&#8217;ve been collecting information on what data users produce in order to be able to configure a version of our software AIMS to help with data sharing.</p>
<p>So far only 3 data providers have shared the required information with us so if you still need to send us your information this is the data that we require:</p>
<p>-Email of the person in your lab to be contacted for information about  the<br />
data files. Once initial information is obtained, we will be contacting<br />
partners individually for more details.<br />
-Type of data produced (i.e. Illumina short read RNA).<br />
-Metadata associated with the data file (what extra information is  attached<br />
to the data file that is going to be shared).<br />
-What software/tool has been used to process the data if sending raw a<br />
process data file.</p>
